We are a registered charity that provides free, professional mental health support to all UK representative sportspeople, aged 16+, across all sports.

We cover right across the United Kingdom.
As long as you’re a representative athlete (competing above a social/recreational level), aged 16 or over and your permanent address is in the UK, it’s highly likely you will qualify for our support.
Note – at times we do signpost away from our services when an individuals mental health needs would be better met by a different service, particularly when an individual is in a crisis state.
We cover every sport! To date, we’ve supported athletes in 117 sports.
We are a completely independent charity and do not receive any government funding. To keep going we rely on individual supporters to do fundraise for us.
The online CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) programmes are delivered through SilverCloud, a trusted digital wellbeing platform used by the NHS and HSE. These programmes are designed to empower individuals to manage their mental health and wellbeing in a flexible, accessible way.
Once a clinical assessment confirms that online CBT is appropriate, individuals are set up with a dedicated programme tailored to their specific needs. Access details and guidance are provided via email.
Programme Categories Include:
- Mental Health: Anxiety (including GAD, social anxiety, health anxiety), OCD, depression, panic, phobia, bipolar toolkit, trauma recovery.
- Chronic Health: Support for depression and anxiety linked to CHD, COPD, diabetes, MS, and RA.
- Wellbeing: Programmes for stress, sleep, body image, resilience (including student-focused), perinatal wellbeing, money worries, and challenging times.
- Substance Use: Support for alcohol-related issues.
- Neurodiversity: Living well with ADHD.
- Family Support: Helping parents support anxious children and teens.
Each programme includes interactive tools, guided exercises (such as visualisation and relaxation), and structured modules to help users build coping strategies and improve emotional resilience.
